The subconscious mind is the mediator between the conscious and unconscious worlds. It is the psyche channel between both aspects of ourselves, transferring information from within to out and from outside to within. The stimuli of our environments are absorbed into the subconscious mind and represent how the external world influences us. Therefore, since we are sensitive by nature, it is impossible to cut out stimuli from our environments completely, and naturally, we are influenced by all external means. However, it doesn’t mean that we are at the mercy or will of the world around us to dictate what occurs in our inner worlds.

The subconscious mind beholds an untapped treasure, the gravitational pull for abundance, knowledge, and power. For example, picture a black hole within your mind, sucking and pulling everything into its gravitational force field, except instead of destroying its environment and spiraling everything into chaos, it places things perfectly in the right place for an intended purpose. It utilizes its environment to bring order and balance into its atmosphere, drawing in the old yet creating a universe. It’s remodeling the energy and matter already there and transforming it into something new.
The subconscious mind reveals to us the power of transmutation. The transference of mental energy from one state to another. This is apparent when we are negatively afflicted, drowning in dark thoughts and emotions. Suddenly, we shift our mindsets into a new perspective, realizing that we do not have to be under the control of our circumstances. Ultimately, we are the gods of our worlds, and we decide how to create our realities.

If you want to understand how to utilize this powerful tool, first the principles must be understood and integrated. Anything that is principle or law directly means that it is a universal truth, meaning that no matter where these techniques are applied, the same results or conditions are achieved. This is important when reprogramming the subconscious mind. Even though we do not share the same experiences, the fundamentals of how our minds work are relatively similar or even exact. Therefore, these three steps are very simple to integrate.

1. Changing Your Beliefs: All your experiences, events, conditions, and acts are produced by your subconscious mind in reaction to your thoughts. Remember, it is not the thing believed in but the belief in your own mind that brings about the result. Understand that the foundation of reality is built upon your belief system. When that system is flawed with close-minded interpretations of the real world and disconnected from the state of reality, then you are likely to never reap the fruition of manifestation. Shifting your belief system from pessimistic-realist to an optimistic-realist, meaning you are logically and practically observing a situation while changing from a negative to a positive viewpoint, is the beginning of changing your beliefs. Oftentimes, the darker side of our perspectives keeps us trapped in limiting thoughts and beliefs. When we choose to reflect on the brighter side while understanding the realness of the circumstances, we can transfer the negatives into the positives.

2. Altering Your Mindset: Unlearning years of programming begins with recreating the core of what builds your beliefs. Challenging your mindset kickstarts the next step in tapping into the powers of the subconscious mind. This step will make it much easier for the next step of integration. Your mindset is a system that implements the beliefs, and how it does this is imperative. With every thought, you are planting seeds into your subconscious. Every thought must be well articulated into the conscious mind for the subconscious to gain an understanding of how the thought must be planted. The sewing of each thought plants seeds for the future of who you will become. This is apparent in the habitual programming of things we do daily. Every thought catalyzes an aspect of ourselves that comes into the light, the parts of us that actualize that thought so that we may reap the fruits of our labor. Through speaking directly to our subconscious, with daily affirmations and mantras, we can reprogram our mindset to set a more solid, refined foundation for manifesting the desires of our hearts.

3. Aligning With Action: The most important step must take place now that we’ve set the foundation for our belief systems and mindsets. It is following through with our beliefs and mindsets with consistent action. Our words must align with our actions, or else it will be hard to trust ourselves with manifestation. If all we do is talk about our beliefs, goals, and dreams, but do little to nothing to put in the work to ensure they manifest into reality, then it will be tremendously difficult ever to reprogram our subconscious mind. Starting small is the best way to approach this step of reprogramming. It can be waking up a bit earlier to do intention-setting journaling or talking to yourself in the mirror about a goal you’ve been putting off then fulfilling it. If you really want to do something about stagnancy or remaining complacent, you have to be willing to actualize what you desire. This is the law of manifestation. For attraction into your life to happen, action must first be initiated. Then, all else will follow.
